"Installation was seedless with Davide the expert installer and his assistant . The engineer Eric who came out the week before actually inspected the roof platform , ducts , room vents and accurate square footage and recommend ½ ton less package which saved me some money too . Great warranty on Goodman unit and their 2 year labor warranty . The staff person Lorraine got me through the finance process and gave me a more than fair price than others and flagged the license of a competing solo guys bid that was actually not his but a plumber I had never heard of . It is worth going with an established solvent company so the warranty is meaningful and a comfort after such a big purpose. On the roof the re piping and vent attaching , and condensation escape tube were very tidily and elegantly done . I hope to do a mini split with them in the future on another unit."

"Dale arrived on time and gave estimate of time and material - noting that usual final cost is less than estimate. Estimate was $800 labor + $250 material. I gave go-ahead. When work was completed he email photo taken of front of house. I noted that front of house photo did not show the side of garage facing the street. I gave initial approval over the phone to an inquiry from the firm. Upon actual inspection of the work, I was very disappointed to note that surface preparation was minimal and wood trim surrounding the garage door was not painted. Also, the invoice presented (via email) did not provide any details of how the price was determined. I requested more detail and to date have not received any reply. I was assured that the work would be redone to my satisfaction. To date, I have not received any reply."

"Had them do 2 units on my property. The first one was great, the pre team is great, and the guys who actually do the work. After the 2nd one, where I chose the more expensive option to get a Mitsubishi Heat Pump, the unit would not turn the fan on some of the time. I told them, and wasted insane amounts of time. They kept saying things like 'I am trying to understand what doesn't work.' 'Pretty simple, you choose to run the fan to simply circulate the air and the icon goes, Nest thinks it is on, but does not go on.' Then they said they were going to have a Mitsubishi tech come out and for sure it would get resolved. Never happened. Just listened to a book on Benjamin Franklin and he and John Adams had to share a bed one time while traveling and Adams went to close the window and Franklin said this place will be a tomb if you do. That was what 250 years ago? and HVAC is their business? Guess I will have to take them to court. The office staff post job is a clown car of silly children. So if your job goes great, they will be a good choice. If you run into an issue you will wish you hired ANYONE else. You've been warned."
