"The service was superior from the initial contact where I requested a quote to the installation. I spoke with Samantha to arrange for someone to come out to provide me with a quote and she promptly scheduled an appointment around my schedule. Mike came out and provided me with several options for a heat pump and promptly sent me an email with the heat pump options and prices. I had contacted 4 other HVAC companies in my area that also provided me with estimates. Accu-Rite Services was the only company that followed up to see if I had any questions and to see if I was still in the process of replacing my heat pump. I called Accu-Rite Services a couple times with questions and Samantha was quick to provide an answer and was very knowledgeable. I scheduled a date for my installation and Accu-Rite Services showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. The installation was really quick, old heat pump was removed, new heat pump installed, everything completely cleaned up and new thermostat was installed. Mike gave a thorough explanation of how the heat pump and thermostat worked. Accu-Rite Services took care of registering my heat pump, scheduled county inspection and also checked for any rebates that were available for me. I absolutely love my new heat pump. I highly recommend Accu-Rite Services for all your HVAC needs. Thank you Accu-Rite Services for your superior customer service, honesty, knowledge and for making this a smooth process for me."

"I love this company! They did a fantastic job 6 years ago when they installed a new AC unit for us. They've provided us excellent service ever since. Last week we finally decided to replace the furnace, too. They gave us the quote on Wednesday afternoon, and they were here bright and early Friday morning to start the work. I strongly believe that these are honest and fair people. I'm not at all surprised to see that they've received stellar ratings from others. The best part of all is that they fixed my daughter's above garage/east facing bedroom cooling problem. Before the work, her room was like a frying pan during summer mornings. Bradham Brothers took care of that problem like it was nothing, and they did it for a very reasonable price. This is life altering stuff!"

"Everything turned out very well, they are now my primary contractor in taking care of heating and cooling. They are local and they do a great job."

"The owner Mike was able to come into our house and diagnose a complex environment problem that was causing our heater to run continuously.  (This problem was not solved by several other HVAC contractors)  During Mike's analysis, he performed the standard maintenance routines to validate the HVAC unit was operating properly.  From there, he looked into what other conditions existed into the house that were causing the unit to not sufficiently heat the house.  After a thorough analysis, he was able to then install the home air quality devices onto our existing HVAC unit to dramatically improve our indoor air quality.  With these additional components, we have been able to control our indoor humidity and provide fresh air ventilation automatically.  All of this was set up on an internet capable control module so we can control the entire system from a smartphone.  As a result, the HVAC does not run continuously to heat the house, and now operates very efficiently.

Mike has been incredibly responsive in the time that we have worked with him.  He has responded to calls, email, and texts very quickly.  His initial service call was on a Sunday afternoon and we have also completed a facetime conversation as part of the diagnosis.  After the initial installation, we had an issue with the equipment itself.  Mike quickly responded, worked with his supplier, and they resolved the issues through the product warranty in the matter of a day. Through the entire process, he has taken a lot of time to completely explain to me what was happening and provided detailed recommendations.  His level of customer service, responsiveness, and communication has been outstanding.

I would definitely recommend Mike and Unique Air for HVAC and home comfort systems."

"They came that day and fixed the problem including running new line in flex metal tubing and installing a junction box under the floor so there would be no further problems. The two gentlemen who responded worked well to retrieve additional parts and at least one of them was on premises until the job was done."

"I met the owner, who came on short notice when a company doing conversion of our water heater to natural gas did something that ‘shorted out’ our AC.  I was so impressed with their service that we signed a continuing maintenance agreement.  They come out twice a year to check out your heating and cooling system to head off any potential problems.  They haven’t tried to upsell us anything upon their inspections, they did find a ‘switch’ that was going bad and replaced it this past spring.  They didn’t say we HAD to have it replaced but that it might not make it through the summer; so we did have it replaced. It cost around $80."

"Product is beautiful. Installation was performed and installed in the timeframe promised."

"Offered additonal services such as radiant heat barriers. I chose to go only with insulation...price was good compared to other bids
