"Arrived at 9:30 am. Installation went smoothly. They took away the old system. Very happy with the new Carrier system. They showed me how to program the digital thermostat. I was without AC for a week because my old AC's condenser coil had a leak in the aluminum part. My condenser was mismatched with my air handler/evaporator so the whole system needed to be replaced. These guys did a great job and cleaned up the work debris after."

We installed our A/C towards end of March 2013, but didn't move into the house until March 2014. When our unit was giving us problems, they came out and took care of the issue, and everything works great now. (The blower cable came loose).

We also recently purchased a new return box to replace our old one, and Jon was very courteous and did a good job.

"Air America showed up on time, replaced the chandelier and also gave me some recommendations for safety, I am going to schedule the safety items as soon as I can get some more time of work"

"The salesman Donny was very helpful and provided recommendations for a new system. The installers came the next day, arrived later than expected, but worked very hard to get the units installed which was very important since it has been very hot. They were receptive to questions regarding the installation. They made adjustments and called the company for a larger concrete slab to hold the outside unit. It was delivered in time to complete the installation. The system is very quiet compared to the old one. It cools the house well. The next day, Donny was contacted regarding some minor concerns. He indicated that he would make sure to have them corrected. I appreciate the professionalism of the company."

"The work completed consisted of:
Removing the vents, and cleaning them. Putting a vacuum in the opening of the vent.  The person said he could not use the rotating brush on my ducts because he did not want to damage them, so he vacuumed the opening to the vents.
The disinfecting and deodorizing part of the job consisted of spaying a lysol type disinfectant and fabreeze type deodorant in the air handler.
I did not notice any difference in air quality after the job.
