"Steve showed up and first filled the unit with nitrogen to see if the leak could be located that way. Since the leak was so small and was located under some line insulation it was not evident. Step 2 was to vacuum out Nitrogen and replace with Freon and dye. We ran the unit for 24 hours and then Steve came back the following day and found the leak from the dye. He then had to repair the hole and then refill the system with coolant again after another deep vacuum.  
All in all he was very professional and he told me from the very beginning how much the cost would be and stuck to that exact price to the penny. Steve is definitely one of the most honest tradesmen in the business and I will definitely be using him again when it comes time to replace my ageing AC unit.

"He noticed the A/C system had a leak and inserted 8.8lbs of freon to the unit. He then realized the water pipes that were supposed to be connected needed to be glued together because that was causing water damage to the carpet in that section. It's been two weeks and the A/C has not gotten frozen."

He got there and 30 minutes later they had a working A/C unit, it turned out it was just a blown fuse in the unit.....
