They did want to cut some corners as far as taking some grill covers off and cleaning the vents.That part I wasn't happy about, but I'd still probably use them again but have to supervise them a little. This guy he took all the time in the world to show me where i need to look at on the burners, the switches, why the plug was not working..etc. He went into detail to educate me, know they got a crew that's younger and less experienced. Their availability was good. They did come out on a short notice. I thought the price was good, it was average. We had two units, which was $45 a unit. It was a good deal."

It was always 10-15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house, so we had JSM put in a ductless system for that room. They were reasonably priced, did quick turnaround, and had very polite staff.
