We've been thrilled with the final product and the experience of signing with Ouri from day one was a pleasure. This was our first large project and we would undoubtedly hire Ouri again. Project We instinctively knew Ouri was the best fit for us after the on-site consultation. Not only are his reviews overwhelmingly positive, but he's knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and honest, with competitive pricing to boot. He's also a very responsive communicator. We needed some time after signing the contract to shop for materials. Ouri kindly rolled with our uncertain timeline, checking in periodically without any pressure to see where we were at and advising on any questions we had along the way. From the beginning of the project, his crew was respectful, clean, and always checked in with us as any questions came up. The project went smoothly and for one very minor hiccup that came up, Ouri & crew were quick to address without question. And months later, he sent a member of his crew to come troubleshoot something minor, again without any hesitation. It's challenging to keep these brief when you have such a great experience, especially when you read and hear about horror stories from other people. Selfishly, maybe we should keep this to ourselves so he isn't so busy when we need him for another project in the future :) Scope The bathroom was totally gutted save for some sections of drywall. A full tiled shower with a bench was installed (replacing a tiny old corner unit!), along with added lighting & exhaust fan, new floor tile, and all new fixtures/ cabinets/ paint. The plumbing and the shower drain were relocated. An old window was removed and replaced by a new one on an adjacent wall."

They showed up on time, considered my budget, and finished the job within the deadline. And can we talk about how helpful they were during material selection for their excellent work? "We had Barney and Jasper and their team demo and replace some dry rotted rim joists and sill plates as well as demo an old deck and then build a new one of a different design. The whole process of working with Barney and Jasper was very smooth and easy, we had no problems that they could not solve through out the entire process. They are both very friendly, likeable and knowledgeable, we really enjoyed working with them on this project. We will be having them redo one of our bathrooms as our next project with them. We Highly recommend them."

"I am not sure how the rating for this company is so high, as my experience with them is one of the worst I've had in a while. I needed a few water-damaged planks on my deck replaced and then painted. Though this project was smaller in scope, getting the Danny Deck team to finish the job correctly was anything but simple. The issues are too extensive to describe in detail, so I've included them in bullet points below: 1) The pricing was on the higher side of the quotes I gathered, but I liked the staff, so I went with them. 2) Most contractors, including the rep from this company, said the project was a 3-5 day job. Instead, they rushed and squeezed the entire project into just 2 days! 3) After realizing how quickly the team completed the job, I double-checked with them to ensure they finished several details we had gone over at the beginning of the project. They said yes. Upon checking myself, they did not. 4) Not only was the job unfinished, but I ended up with the NEW problem of an exceptionally squeaky deck that wasn't there before they worked on it. 5) The painters painted sloppily along the concrete walls the deck was adjacent to and bits on the door frame entering the house. 6) The painters also took the paint home with them, so I had to chase them down for weeks to fix the paint job myself. 7) Every time I set a time to meet them at the house to fix the issues they left behind, they were either late or just didn't show up at all. It's almost comical how unprofessional of an experience this was. Instead of taking 3-5 days, it took 5 weeks from start to finish to wrap this project up. And with a $4,500 price tag, I cannot believe how much chasing around I had to do to have them finish the job and undo mistakes that weren't even there before they touched the deck in the first place. The only reason there's a second star on this review is because they were generally pleasant to deal with. But the amount of time exhausted trying to get them to finish the job was too staggering for kindness to be enough. I could not on my conscience recommend this company."

"Full kitchen and bathroom remodel. (Loft condo) From my initial meetings with Anar the owner, to meeting the team that did the install It was an entirely stellar experience. Anar presented me with samples and a clear understanding of the project scope. A project manager was assigned that came out to the site on a regular basis to monitor progress and quality. The two gentleman that came out to do the installation were personable..and maintained a clean workspace and professional attitude throughout. Both obviously skilled for the job duties. There was great care taken during the project on communication regarding the installations, and leaving the site as undisturbed as possible (clean) and with respect to property rules. (Condo). The fixtures and materials offered were all top quality and brands. Project oversight and city permits were all handled by the project manager. A very high level of communication and attention to detail were provided throughout the project. My spouse and I are very happy with the results, and this is added tremendously to the value of the property. This is our first remodel, and although it is an inherently stressful undertaking, Anar and his team really delivered with service and quality. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ gentleman! Thank you again! I recommend working with this team👍"

"I love this crew. Nick, Jake and a rotating cast of experts remodeled my bathroom, attic and did other smaller projects in my house. I work from home, so rapport and trust, while always important, were imperative to such a long scope. The kitchen turned out so well, we felt like we had a thought partner and someone who could think outside of the typical contractor box. It's opened our home up so much and was worth every penny and every extra day."
