"Premiere was absolutely amazing! Carlos did two projects for us - coating our house roof with silicone and coating our office building with silicone. He was so thoughtful and did such a careful job. The pipes coming out of the roof often develop cracks over the years so they double-coated them to make sure they were solid. One of the things my wife is particular about is cleanup after the job. They came in afterwards and pressure washed our deck and cleaned the pool to remove any debris so everything was spotless. Part of the quote is to come in once a year for three years and inspect the roof so we are confident everything will remain in good shape. AND they were very reasonable! I can't recommend Carlos and his crew more highly."

"This company made a lot of damage to my driveway when they were throwing old roof tiles down, many chips and pivots now. Also, did not cover my new pavers and caused many brown spots which they later tried to resolve with power washing but left stains. They moved the metal part off my water heater on the roof and water heater stopped working when water got inside. The worst is that they promised to take care of the damages but the owner never even came to check on the final product, so i don't know if the roof is even completed correctly. They never came back to put things back in the garage, although promised for several weeks to come. Left 4 different colors on facia, metal and roof trimming even though I offered matching paint for them to complete the job....super disappointed, considering now to take them to small claims court as they refuse to take responsibility for damaged pavers and driveway.....My first impression of them as agreeable was totally wrong."

"My first time hiring contractors of any kind for work?was a pleasant experience. Gio (marketer), Chris (general manager), Israel (project manager) were with us every step of the way. We met with at least three different companies for options and NEWHAUS gave us the best price?we did not regret it. If you are hesitant (ladies, elderly, or just inexperienced dealing with matters like these, rest assured that the guys will keep it simple, and even help you out with possible options to save money in the midst of the process. My only advice is to just make sure the same people (from your end and theirs) that are present when the job proposal (estimate) is offered will also be present once the contract is signed to begin the work. As for the work, all three phases were smooth?demolition, repairs/replacement, final installation?and each team responsible for the three different tasks were professional, efficient, and did their jobs correctly.
