"We hired Mold Test Company to conduct post testing on a home damaged by a hurricane. They had the best price point of any of the companies I contacted, but you get what you pay for. After my initial contact with the company, I could not reestablish contact with them for over a week as their phone system was having issues. I was about to hire another company when I received a follow-up call from them. At this point I was advised they were having phone problems and I decided to go ahead and hire them for our testing. The technician that conducted the testing was professional and overall provided a positive experience. We were told that we should receive the results of the test in about 48 hours. It took 11 days and multiple calls and emails to get our results. We were initially provided with an inaccurate report that stated visible mold was found in the home. There was no visible mold in the home so when we asked the analyst about it he stated that some of the information in the report was prepopulated and must not have been changed. While reviewing the results with us,the analyst said he could refer us to a company for further remediation products. We were soon greeted by an unprofessional salesman from the other company trying to sell very overpriced remediation products. Our home is under contract and the lack of professionalism dealing with mold test company may put our sale in jeapordy. At this point, I feel like we will more than likely have to hire another company to conduct the testing again. With all of the miscommunication and lack of attention to detail I fear our test from these guys may not be valid. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a reputable local company."

"They were there for two days. They worked all the time they were there digging and bringing the rocks and placing them in the ditch that they had to dig. The put the pipe and covered it with more rocks. Then I also had them to seal the walls and floor with the heave vinyl sealant. I did have some mud mess to clean up where they were in and out of the basement to get to the crawl space. Other than that, they cleaned up most of there mess. They were nice to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone with a problem of that kind."

"His report was very detail with numerous complementary pictures. It allowed me to immediately schedule some repairs. <br /> However, there were several incorrect statements.  He said I did not have any working smoke detectors.  I tested the one in my living room and it worked, in addition, he said I did not have a carbon monoxide detector.   I did  have a carbon monoxide detector in the down stairs bedroom. It has an audio message that told me my batteries were low the night before and I had batteries on the kitchen counter when he was there.   <br /> It was morally wrong for him to tell me about other needed repairs without  telling me my smoke detectors did not work.  I would not leave a house thinking that.the house had no working smoke detectors. I  also have fire department records of my carbon dioxide detector going off and it was an error.  <br /> Also,  I called Duke power on  serving  my hot water tank through my appliance contract and the man said Duke does service the box for my area. problem that he said they did not deal with , but they did. They are ordering and placing  the items near breakers.  <br />   <br />"
