My "only other option," they told me, was to replace the carriage doors with an electric garage door. But the carriage doors were one of the details that gave such character to my home. "Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. There are only 5 stars on the review, I would give him 10 stars if I could."

"Dave painted our house 2 years ago and did an excellent job, so when we needed additional things done we called him and he did excellent work again. The siding work involved removing an outdoor faucet and fitting it around phone and electrical boxes. He replaced deck boards, cleaned and prepped everything, and used an "armor coat" paint that should last a long time. He cleaned and stained the fence in the front and side of the house. He is easy to work with and takes great pride in his work. Cost included all materials and was a great value. I would use him again."

"Over the years, we have used a number of contractors to remodel our home. By far, C. McNearney, LLC tops the list. The firm provided excellent quality work in the remodel of our master bedroom bathroom, completed the work on schedule, on time and within the agreed upon budget, and suggested very helpful design and product assistance. The project was a complete remodel of the bathroom that included removing everything. The shower was expanded in size with a built-in bench. The shower and the floor were tiled. The tile work done by C. McNearney is simply lovely. The grouting looks perfect. The shower was completed with a glass door. New fixtures were installed and relocated in the shower and replaced in the cabinet. Charles and his staff were a delight to have working in our home. "I have a 1959 ranch home which was last painted 13 to 14 years. I hired Bernard Painting for the job. The owner, Brad, came over walked through what was possible and what was needed. He suggested what color trim and door would work with the body color. I received an extensive bid with lots of details covering exactly what they would do and why. The bid included repairs to siding and fascia boards plus enhancing a beam and post with cedar on my front porch. The work took 3 full days. The crew was professional and friendly. They were respectful to me and my property. They did an excellent job. Brad came on site each day to check the work and provide direction. He has an eagle eye so missed nothing. Brad and his crew lead, Willy, answered all my questions and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The job was expensive but top quality and addressed various issues that needed to be corrected and repairs. The house looks wonderful and I'm very happy,"

"We put off remodeling our severely outdated kitchen for over a decade, because we couldn't find a company we wanted to work with. IKEA, Lowes, Home Depot associates were all disinterested, and not informative. Private contractors we met were not reliable, even in the planning stage. When I contacted PNWC, Peter Schraner, the owner, returned my call within hours, and they have been the answer to questions we didn't even know enough to ask. I can't praise this company, enough. Haley designed our new kitchen with artistry and attention to how we actually use our kitchen. She was kind, thorough, and endlessly patient. Peter was on top of every detail - when we picked out appliances and countertops, he or Haley went with us, to answer questions and guide us. At the beginning of the work, we got a schedule listing the plan for each day, and they stuck to the schedule. The entire final week was labeled "touch-ups", and they finished 3 days early. Peter e-mailed me a progress report and photos every day. Mike supervised the work, and we trusted him completely. You could ask him anything - again with the endless patience. At one point, a new door to the deck had to be removed overnight to be painted. Cesar created a temporary door that was nicer then the original one that was being replaced. Every PNWC crew member did stunning work, and the attention to detail blew us away. At night, they left the work site immaculate. My husband and I stood in the kitchen each evening and marveled at how it came along. The finished kitchen is stunning, modern, and beautifully constructed.
