It is a light yellow color and cannot be cleaned with water which is why I had it cleaned professionally in the first place. "It went well. Everything was done as and when promised. When they saw little things that needed to be done, they either brought it to my attention or if it was minor just fixed it. Some of the "repairs" made were not standard and they figured out how to make it work. They are not a cookie cutter company and give their full attention to each job. And I felt as if, I was the only job they had at the time and that they were not hurrying to finish so they could collect my money and go to the next job. They had me check after each part of the job to see if I was pleased with their work (I was!:-)) and if I had any sort of issue with the project, they made it right. They came out to do the work on the inside of my home when I first moved to Sacramento in November of 2020 and when I was ready for my backyard to be done, I called them again last month to have them complete the vision I had for the yard. "Their work is superior. Together Garrett and his wife Deborah are perfectionist. I had some dog damage to one of my rental properties floors and needed it replaced. I had picked some material and asked Garrett about it. He did some research and let me know that he didn't think I would be satisfied with the materials. While doing research he found a great laminate material that has a triple moisture barrier. He let me know it would cost a little more but that it comes with a 30 year moisture warranty. He actually put a small piece of the material in a bucket of water for 2 hours and it didn't hurt the material in anyway. I have nothing but praise for this young couple. They do the work like you would do the work for yourself. I am extremely happy with their work. He also worked in another duplex I own where there had been a leak under the concrete from a water pipe in the kitchen. The plumber had to cut out a square of floor in the middle of the kitchen. The plumber cut the laminate flooring just perfectly but when he went to put it back it had shrunk a little. I spoke with Garrett and he said instead of replacing the entire floor he could repair it. So I ordered a small amount of the material and he spent time to make it look perfect. You can't even tell where the seam is and where the floor had been cut up. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are so very friendly and have great personalities and do amazing work."
