"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"Work itself was good, but service was not so good. Arden checked out my dishwasher and gave a quote. Next day another guy showed up to do work and tells me my air gap needed replacing and now there would be another service charge plus cost of replacement as he would need to come back again. He did not reattach my water hose unbeknownst to me and when I turned on water it leaked all over. Next day Arden shows up to replace air gap and as I was not happy gave me discount finished work but could not put on bottom panel as the other repairmen took the screws, said he could come back anytime in the next couple weeks. About a week or so later I texted him and he said yes he would finish but then never heard back. Even when I texted again. While the dishwasher works fine the service was not."

"Kellis know his stuff about dishwashers. Thank you! Clean, on time, and professional service. Thank you so much!"

"A-1 performed not only as expected, but were exceedingly efficient and adaptive. Our GE double oven fan stopped working and A-1 responded almost immediately via phone to set up an appointment that day. Since the oven wasn’t needed quickly and I had previous plans, I asked them to schedule for another day which they easily accommodated. They called in advance to let me know their exact time of arrival, arrived at that time, quickly confirmed the problem and began to install a new fan and electronics. Surprise! Being GE, the replacement fan which they brought was broken (completely broken in it’s nicely packed original GE replacement part packing box). Undeterred, they quickly made the 45 min trek back to the fan supplier and the 45 min trek back, completed the install of the now, working fan and reinstalled the oven! Thank-you for the outstanding repair job!!!"

My focus is always quality. I treat every appliance like it's my own. I never cut corners, even if it's more expensive. While some of my competitors may seem cheaper, I will take the time to make sure it's the best option for the customer.\nSame day service is available.

"Technician Hayrol came to fix my GE refrigerator, which wasn’t freezing, and provided excellent service. He arrived right on time, was very honest, and I would definitely recommend him again. In less than an hour, he repaired my refrigerator, and it started cooling again."

"Masood came out to my place today and repaired my freezer that died overnight. He came out on short notice and repaired it within a hour and had the parts with him. Price was great and saved me a lot of money if everything defrosted. I wonâ t call anybody else. What a great company. Thanks Masood."

"The owner of Ray O Cook made good on everything that happened and that is a sign that he is a good owner. he actually repaired everything that went wrong. When the man came out to do the initial look over and to see what type of furnace he didn't really take into account that the older furnace is very narrow. We live in an older house and things are kind of unique to this particular house and so when the day came it was a little bit too big for the space that it's in. The person who did the work did find the install but he completely did some damage like on the door jam and then around the door frame and then there was some damage on the wall inside the area where the furnace is and so at the end of the day I looked at that and then door jam didn't go completely in one one side and it didn't look completely right. I ended up calling and said, "This is what it is, there was some property damage. I will take some pictures and I'm going to send them to you." And when the owner saw what the worker did and the amount of damage like on the wood work and everything he said, "I will have this repaired. I will send the carpenter when he comes to my house and does my repairs." And so he did send the carpenter out and he had to redo the door jam and then the inside part of the door frame and then also the carpenter knew the painter and painter came and painted natural walls and so the owner paid for all of that. Overall I'm happy with the furnace. He was very personable, he was very likeable and he has all his his facts and figures down. He was very good with the customer as well as he was very good with installing the furnaces but he is really not a carpenter."

""He was Great! - we talked about the options between tankless and the regular heaters, and I chose to go with the regular water heater. He came in - did the work - cleaned up and I have a brand new waterheater. Great service ""

"If Bulat is available, snap him up. Good worker, prompt, and well prepared with necessary tools and job-specific materials. He’s affable, thoughtful, efficient, and his price is reasonable. Able to size up the situation on the spot and then quickly develop and implement an effective solution. On my job, he removed an old, improperly installed, above-the-range microwave, and then custom-built a sturdy supporting shelf for the new one. My advice: Hire him."
