"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"My experience with C3 was all about Paulie. He came in educated me on what they could do for me as far as replacing my roof. He didn't try to push me into the high end shingles. Presented the options and gave me the pros for each and let me make the decision. He was there for the sale and was there for the installation until project was complete updating me as it progressed. "There were some delays due to my wanting certain moldings (didn't get them), and running out of roof panels. these didn't bother me since this is a second or summer home, and i told Dave this. So there were some delays. also, this home is in an area where we get a LOT of rain - so we lost time there. otherwise, the crew worked from 8am til 5pm steady.
there were no leaks while they worked on the roof and no problems with damage to anything.
I've had work done before and this was the most pleasent experience i've had with contractors.

"They arrived when they said they would. Once they started they worked hard everyday and kept things neat. We had them replace our existing deck with a screened in porch. The end product is beautiful and best looking porch in the neighborhood. After completion we noticed a mistake, but they returned and made things right, apologized for the inconvenience, and added some extras."

"Gino was excellent to work with. Unlike other construction companies we had called for estimates, Gino returned my calls quickly and always arrived at our home when he said that he would. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond by completing some tasks that he did not charge us for. He continually kept us informed regarding the status of the work on our home and updated us as to additional things that needed to be done (i.e., the roof was old and we ended up having to replace most of the plywood).
Additionally, the job was completed in 2 days, which was faster than the one week estimate that he had originally given!
