"I sent a message via Angieslist to GF Company asking if they intalled steel roofing or siding. The next day I received this reply. "Thank you for your interest in GF Company. Please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159 to schedule a free estimate. " Now, I could have called them instead of sending a message. I know that. They didn't have to tell me that. But It would have been nice if they had answered my question. A simple yes or no would have sufficed. So I sent my request again making it clear that this was my second request. Two days later I got this. "In response to your questions, we install skylights, steel siding, and steel roofing. If you are still interested in a free estimate, please feel free to contact our offices at 815-547-0159. Thank you." So, was that so hard? I'm not impressed and not inclined to call them. First impressions matter!"

"Ace handyman is a great company. We needed our outdoor stairs repaired. Some of the threads were coming loose and the railing needed to be reinforced. Roger came out and fixed the stairs in a couple of hours. We will hire ace handyman in the future."
