"My initial inquiry to Pinnacle to get a proposal on installing central a/c in our 1935 home. Of the various companies we met, Pinnacle was the most responsive and best understood our needs. The advice we received was fantastic and led us to make decisions that were absolutely the right ones for us: two zones with heat pumps, a third area with mini-split. The installation crew was respectful of our space amidst the disruption that is naturally going to occur, and always very pleasant to have around the house. I was so impressed with the work that I went on to have an aging boiler replaced with a new Viessmann boiler and am so pleased to have made that additional investment in our overall HVAC systems. These guys really are the best. I'd be happy to be a reference."

"Young man who came to do the job told us that they sent him to 3 wrong houses before they found ours. He proceeded to unclog the drain in the basement using the mechanical drain. Took him maybe an hour to clear it and also ran our sinks and toilets to make sure we wouldn?t have another problem. The young man left our house, however proceeded to sit in his running van, parked in my parking spot. I had no issues with this service until I saw the bill. $1000 to snake a drain for an hour? When we inquired about the bill they told us that their rate is 300$ an hour and that the job took 3 hours. In my opinion, if it takes you 3 hours to snake a drain, then someone should be fired or retrained at their job. My assumption is that their scheme involved sending this young man to multiple wrong houses and him sitting in my driveway for a prolong period of time, so that they could charge us for 3 hours of ?work.? "
