They were very helpful in diagnosing the prior damage on my old roof, and were very helpful in dealing with my insurance company. The roof installation was very quickly, and my commercial tenants weren't disturbed at all during the process. The new roof looks fantastic and is performing perfectly. "WE CALLED OLD HOMES MADE NEW BECAUSE OUR ROOF HAD BEEN LEAKING SO BAD THAT THE DRYWALL WAS FALLING IN THE HALLWAY FROM BEING SO WET. WE HAD THIS FIXED PREVIOUSLY AND IT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. MY HUSBAND HAD EVEN TARRED THE SHINGLES TO STOP THE LEAK BUT IT DIDN'T WORK. WE SAW AN AD FOR OLD HOMES MADE NEW ON THE INTERNET AND THOUGHT WHAT THE HECK, WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING. WE GOT A HOLD OF JON AND HE CAME RIGHT OUT THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT THE DAMAGE AND WE HIRED HIM ON THE SPOT. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH JON AND HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND THOROUGH IN HIS ASSESSMENT OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND HE HAD JUST COME FROM THE DOCTOR WITH AN INJURED EYE AND HE STILL CAME TO SEE US, WHAT DEDICATION!! IT WAS A FEW WEEKS BEFORE HE COULD DO THE JOB BECAUSE OF BAD WEATHER BUT HE STAYED IN TOUCH WITH US TILL HE ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB. HE AND HIS CREW GOT RIGHT TO IT AND HAD IT DONE THAT DAY. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY FOR ANYTING TO EVERYONE. GREAT JOB JON AND COMPANY!!! WE WILL MOST CERTAINLY CALL YOU AGAIN!!! GARY AND TERESA SWENSON
