I was sold on Universal being a certified CertainTeed product installer. It is a superior product than what is sold in general big box stores such as Home Depot. Day of 2 layers of old shingles removal, inspector Abe showed me the sins of others. The base wood was circa 1938, and needed to go. Not unexpected however they worked with me to arrange a loan to support the extra work estimate. As well my chimney was sadly in need of professional pointing beyond the shoddy patch jobs done by prior owners. I was assigned a project manager Ben, that kept all the work moving at pace as outlined. The workers were all responsible and respectful of me and my plants and property. To sum up, they made my house happy again and me as well! Certainly added to my appraisal value! Love the professional and pride in end work product. Support veteran business! "We had Shingle Me Now put our new shingles on in 2020. They did replace old roofing and replaced some old, damaged roof board. They weatherized the new roof too. They did a wonderful job. We just this year had shingles falling down in one area. The owner of business, Michael Graci came out personally to see what the problem was and made sure it was not their fault. It was a bad lot of shingles. It was a Manufacture warranty issue and Mr. Graci took the shingles that fell down back to his sales representative to show the manufacturer personally. Michael assured us there was no problem and he would cover setting up new installation of everything would not cost us anything out of pocket. He went ahead and ordered new shingles, which worked out in our favor because the style and color we had are no longer available. He was able to give us an upgrade to keep the color we want. They came within a week and he had everything scheduled quickly. We are very pleased with this Company and can rest at ease now before winter hits. We highly recommend anyone who needs a new roof to call them."

"Luna Siding and Roofing was fast (3 days), and efficient. I had to have my entire roof covered with new plywood due to the age of the house. Luna's craftsmanship is superb. When the job was done my yard looked as though they were never there. They removed every bit of debris from the old roof. The roof looks so good now I'm forced to get new siding so the rest of the house looks as good as the roof. When I first called Luna they sent someone to look at the job and give me an estimate. He was punctual and professional. I had my estimate soon after which included a warranty on craftsmanship and on the roofing material itself. He was patient and explained everything in great detail. The roof comes with a warranty can be transferred to the next owner if I decide to sell. Also I have to add that his administrative staff is very helpful and professional. They were polite, responsive and if they didn't have an answer they called the boss (who by the way personally goes to each job and supervises the work himself). Overall I'm very happy with Luna Siding and Roofing. I was a little nervous about the job beforehand but they made it painless. I would highly recommend them"

"After interviewing somewhere around 10 roofers in my area, I could not be more pleased that my last interview was with Ralph from Domus Roofing. (And he traveled an hour and a half from his home base to see my job). I had prior estimates so high that I actually asked other roofers if they had guns and masks to rob me. Ralph came in without even knowing my prior estimates and literally blew their prices out of the water. He did not try to upsell me on services I didn't need and was more than straight up with me in every aspect of the sale. I knew just by speaking with him that I wanted his company to do my roof. There was a two week layover from contract signing to the actual install and on SEVERAL occasions I called Ralph with concerns and not one call went unanswered. Try to say that about other roofing contractors. (Don't hold your breath). He and his crew showed up ON TIME to do the job and were finished in a very timely fashion, even when my roof threw them some curveballs with repairs needed when old roof came off (rotten wood, etc). The work was neat and his crew was really on top of their game. And at all times there was a project manager or Ralph himself overseeing every aspect of the project. They cleaned up every scrap of refuse off of my property when the job was complete and were very cautious around my fruit trees, which surround my home very close to where they had to work. I would ABSOLUTELY suggest hiring Domus Roofing for your roof replacement. Quality work would be an actual understatement. I couldn't be happier with the outcome."
