We had others come out who wanted to dismantle our deck to do the repairs. Karl handled this without dismantling the deck and undoubtedly saved us a lot of money. Both Karl and John did a great job."

"We hired Rain City Exteriors to coordinate a large remodel of the exterior of our home which included a new roof, removal of two layers of siding and window trim, blown-in insulation, new Hardie window trim, 6 new windows, new Hardie siding, new gutters and fresh paint. Guillermo was super easy to deal with during the quoting process and answered a lot of detailed questions I had. They worked with us to schedule work to begin and be continuous throughout so that we wouldn't have interrupted service. We were very happy with the quality of all the components of our remodel. The largest portion of work had to do with removal and replacement of the window trim and siding. The 2 person team was wonderful. Arrived on time daily, were very respectful of our neighbors, apprised me of concerns as they were discovered and cleaned up at the end of each day. They were lovely to work with and I felt as if they were treating my home as if it were there own...and the results showed it. This was an expensive remodel that we had been saving for for several years...to find such a great group to work with and see such terrific results was great. I would recommend them to anyone."

"The work quality was excellent and the team did a great job. We had requested a quote and spoken with Richard a year prior to hiring and he was understanding when we had an emergency and couldn't move forward initially. A year later and Richard came back out to refresh his memory and verify everything, speaking with my wife and I about the process and options. We booked for Jan 2020 and the crew (Alcindor & Miguel) worked hard in the cold weather and let us know when they'd need to pause for snow. They did a great job and completed the whole shebang (remove old aluminum siding, replace insulation, sheath the whole house, new siding, replace a window, and paint the front door inside and out) in just 2 weeks. The fixed a few problems we didn't know we had (front deck ledger was installed wrong, no fascia on roof) without charging extra. Richard came back out afterward to check the work and spotted 1 minor mistake that they came back out and fixed on their own initiative. We're really happy with the work and it was good to see them doing the same to our neighbor's house up the way!"

"MS Painting Services and their reasonably priced crew did a stellar job bringing our old Craftsman back to life. We weren't looking for a complete restoration, just a nice prep and repaint. Hiring a house painter is a tough decision and we were so glad we hired Mario. We talked colors and came up with a winning combination. The job took a little longer than we planned but we figured every extra day they were working on the house was another day this house needed it. Of course there were hiccups along the way due to the age of the house. Mario and his staff were always gracious and ready to listen anytime we had a question or concern about the work being done. We can list many examples of how this company exceeded our expectations. The main one is by looking at the finished product. Our house is beautiful and the new paint job really makes a statement. The skill set is wide ranging. They replaced some of our siding and also stripped and stained our porch floor. Honestly, given the pandemic and all, we are sad to see them go. It was nice having them around, they are that nice. I did notice the crew seemed happy to get cold beverages at the end of the day and a nice lunch towards the end of the project. We can't say enough good things about this company. They will get it right and take care of any issues along the way. Hire them with confidence. Is it customary to tip your painter? "We needed to get our full roof replaced and I cannot be happier that chose Roof4Life. Replacing a roof is a costly job and we gave ourselves enough time to research and compare the pros and cons of multiple companies. Roof4Life has been efficient with communication and very competitive with pricing. Ben, Chris, and Gio are very delightful people to work with and have great teamwork. Their role is different but so transparent and prompts that it seems like I am working with a single person. I liked how they communicated very straightforwardly - there was no surprise, sales pitch, or any hidden cost. Gio came for the inspection, gave good recommendations for any issues he found on the roof, and explained their roofing materials with samples so it was very clear what to expect. It has been a rainy winter and had to wait for a clear day to start the job. On the day of the roofing replacement, it was sunny but very cold. I worried about the roofing crews and thought I had to reschedule, but they came prepared and worked very professionally. A lot of our plywood was damaged and we had to replace almost half of them. Their plywood replacement cost was also the most affordable compared to other companies. It took two and a half days to total to complete. They made sure the roof is covered up and cleaned up very nicely before they left each day. I am satisfied with the look of the new roof. and the warranty on roof material and labor gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Roof4Life!"
