He does not have a plumber that he works with so we did have to get our own plumber which ended up costing us quite a bit. "Painting job was good. Prep work very good. (We have a 1942 house with areas where multiple layers of paint were flaking). Premier used a special primer that sealed and smoothed these areas. We had never heard of this type of primer, and the results were good. Hope longevity will be as well. Only issue was communication. We were not told about the primer and got no description of the prep process until late in the game, which was stressful as a good prep job was important to us."
