"Dorian Williams called and arranged to come to my house promptly after I emailed a request for a quote on solar film for 9 large (8X4ft) single pane windows in my living room to help reduce the UV rays and provide some insulation. After discussing the benefits and looking at the samples, I decided to include the dining room, kitchen and family room as well. Kyle installed the film on the windows in a clean, organized and courteous manner. I am very happy with the results and do not have to close the curtains to keep the sun from bleaching all my belongings in the living room now. "I had Pro-Tection Seattle install window tinting about 7 years ago and they did a great job, but the tinting was starting to look cloudy so I called Ron and he was out within a few days to see what was up. He noted that this film had been failing and that they would be replacing it at no charge. He also told me that I had purchased a warranty on the windows, paying for full replacement if any of the seals broke, as it can happen when you add tinting.
