The job took ~3 calendar months, and Jeff handled everything - the permits, demolition, coordinating materials orders and subcontractors, finishing, inspections, etc. He had recommendations for plumbing and cabinet suppliers that I worked with to choose the fixtures, and that made it even easier. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem.
