"I hired Bob to do repairs and renovation of a condo rental unit. He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. Bob is a great problem solver and works with you to suggest ways to do repairs for the best outcome while keeping costs down. His work is high quality. I would definitely hire him again."

I called the office on a Thursday and he was able to come out the following Tuesday, which was significantly quicker than anywhere else we called (if they even answered the phone, because most didn’t). "After contacting them, Gerry came out to look at everything and provide an estimate.  We had cedar shakes with old, peeling, (probably lead) paint, and he was able to answer all our newbie questions about what paint he preferred, how long it lasts, how the heck are we going to pick colors, and so on.  His estimate was in line with others we had received, on the lower end.  We liked that he was able to handle a variety of contracting work beyond painting, so if anything came up it would be easy to deal with.
When it came time to do the work, Gerry, his son, and team were very speedy.  The whole house took about four days, much of it on the porch because that's where all the old mulitpane windows are.  They did a great job capturing and disposing all the old scraped paint.  After we started to see things come together we had a few minor changes in where we wanted to swap trim colors, and they were able to accommodate and work with us.  On the outside of the porch there were some areas with irregularly chipped paint that looked kind of weird, which they heat-gunned off before painting and now look great.  The only snag is that having protective canvas down on some plants for a week damaged a few of them (not that they were particularly nice in the first place).  Next time I would have a conversation beforehand about what parts of the yard are ok to cover up for more than a day or so.
Everything looks great and we've gotten many compliments from neighbors - we're very happy with the new look!

We recently wrapped up several projects with them – kitchen and half bath remodel, new flooring, adding new recessed lights, new fireplace hearth and painting all of the first floor and stairwells going up and downstairs. From the beginning, both Marc and Raquel were super responsive, often within minutes and many times well outside of business hours. They listened to what we wanted and Raquel, Marc and their tile guy all offered wonderful suggestions that we did not think of. The initial estimate was accurate and within reason. We wound up going a little over because we needed a new sub-panel installed and decided to go with upgraded countertops. This was not because of any inaccurate forecasting. The team was organized and cleaned up every day. On top of everything, they finished the work earlier than we expected! We are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to work with them again."
