"We had put off needed updates and repair for some time so we know this was going to be a big project. When Choya came out to look things over for an estimate he explained that replacing our aluminum siding with vinyl would be a mistake and cost more in the long run but they would do what ever we wanted. I like not wasting money and someone that shoots straight so that was great. We ended up painting the siding along with new gutters and down spouts, flashing and soffits, replace sliding glass door and front door and stone on the foundation. We were so happy seeing things progress that we kept adding things on to tie it all together. We added a new garage door, 2 tone paint on both the garage and new front door. Changing the stone because we found a look that we liked better and a few other things. I know we were a pain and put them behind but it was always "We'll do whatever, we want you to be happy". The whole crew was great, polite and never had a problem answering questions. Fair prices and quality work. Will be using again for some future projects. Thanks Abby, Choya, and crew!"

"Since Dale installed our custom closet  & mudroom/pantry in our home, we called him to solve our work station dilema at our small business.  He designed and installed 2 custom desks/work stations and they turned out beautiful!  He was able to customize the system to meet the individual needs of each employee according to that particular job function.  Also, the building is very old and the floors are very uneven.
Dale worked wonders!  End result: FUNCTIONAL & BEAUTIFUL!!!!

"Colmar Contracting is the best. We contacted four separate contractors in May/June for estimates to paint our home this summer. We were reluctant to bring in others to work on our home as we try to do all of our own house projects. Painting is not one of our strengths and therefore we decided to contract out for quality of work and timely completion of such a large project. With most estimates being fairly similar, we decided to work with Colmar and were not disappointed. Along with listening to our ideas as to what we wanted, they also provided expert insight into those ideas and helped shape our final decisions. The painters showed up promptly and ready to work hard every day. They were very accommodating to me as I was off work and home during the time frame they were working in our home. "BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT !!!!! I purchased a 2 hr handyman coupon to fix an exterior door that wasn't closing properly. This door needed to be fixed. A hinge had come undone I had heard that “winter was coming”. The repairman arrived on time and he suggested an alternative fix to re-notching the hinges and tearing out the framing of the door. My door was closing perfectly in half an hour! This quick fix gave me time to address some repairs I had thought out of reach of this coupon. In short, within my 2 hours, my handyman had patched a crack in my concrete steps and in the driveway (using a mix I had on hand as well as some materials he had in his truck), moved my air conditioner to the basement, and performed many tasks that single women call “please move this and put it there”. All of this performed with courtesy and skill. Myriad Handyman Services has certainly earned my loyalty.
