"Our entire home was completely renovated inside and outside.  It is a small style cottage  home in the Camp  Hill area.  I wrote a previous review when they started and now we are at the end of the project.  Our overall experience with this company has been nothing short of incredible!  The entire team was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.  They went over and beyond to do whatever we asked them to do. "I got the initial contract for some light maintenance work but that was interrupted by a flooding of my family room due to a water leak from a broken pipe.   So I extended the existing contract to include the repair of damaged drywall and paneling and the replacement of the previous carpet flooring with a new Pergo laminated flooring instead of carpet.  All work was done professionally and at a reasonable price.  I supplied the materials and Steve supplied the labor.  Due to scheduling conflicts for both Steve and myself the work was not done all in one process but spread over several weeks.  That was not a problem with me. The final product has the room looking as good, or better, then before the water damage occurred.    The final costs far exceeded the original contract work but the amount of work was greatly increased also.   The work I needed to have done initially remains undone but I will hire Ferree's Maintenance to do those projects, as well as several others that I have planned. 
I would not hesitate to hire Ferree's Maintenance again for any project from general maintenance and repair to restoration work. The quality of all work performed was excellent.
