"BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT !!!!! I purchased a 2 hr handyman coupon to fix an exterior door that wasn't closing properly. This door needed to be fixed. A hinge had come undone I had heard that “winter was coming”. The repairman arrived on time and he suggested an alternative fix to re-notching the hinges and tearing out the framing of the door. My door was closing perfectly in half an hour! This quick fix gave me time to address some repairs I had thought out of reach of this coupon. In short, within my 2 hours, my handyman had patched a crack in my concrete steps and in the driveway (using a mix I had on hand as well as some materials he had in his truck), moved my air conditioner to the basement, and performed many tasks that single women call “please move this and put it there”. "Bill Martins Flood Crew is excellent. In December, just before Christmas, my finished rec room flooded when my sump pump failed--soaked carpet, cardboard boxes, books, furniture with sewer water. I thought I would not find anybody this time of year to help me. But I called Bill Martins from Flood Crew, and he came out right away. He looked at the basement and gave me an analysis of my damage on the spot. He was wonderful. He took care of getting detailed estimates to my insurance company and then made arrangements for me with all the needed specialists. First, I wouldn't have known where to start, and second I wouldn't have had a clue whom to call. I needed crews to remove the carpet, cut out drywall all around to dry it out, check for mold, test for asbestos, and then remove everything. And, of course, fixing the sump pump, installing flooring, putting everything back, and lots of details in between. All of this obviously can't be completed in a week or even a month. My work was not the only project that busy contractors had. My situation was far more complicated than I thought it would be. Ultimately, it took four months, which I thought was very reasonable. And the result is so beautiful--no corners cut, no putting up with mediocre results, all this for the same price and time or less than others quote. Be patient. Be flexible. Talk with Bill about the results you want. Listen to suggestions. Your results will be beyond anything you thought was possible."

Lee Dickerson was one of four contractors who responded to my request for quotes to build a new 24' x 24' stand-alone garage,.  I wanted it designed to look like the existing attached garage, including drywall, insulation, 9 foot ceiling, 8 foot high door, man door, 3 dormers, natural stone, stairs to a finished second floor, and painted throughout with window and baseboard moldings.  He did exactly as I requested.  His architect created drawings laying out the design and required material.  He worked with the township to obtain the required building permit and commenced work as promised.  All of his crew and those of the subcontractors were closely scheduled to avoid unnecessary downtime.  When a few timing or material issues arose, Lee worked tirelessly to put in place work-arounds to keep the project on schedule.  All of his subs and his own crew performed extremely well and were professional from start to finish.  I now have the garage I wanted.  It looks like it's always been there since it matches almost exactly with our home and existing garage.  I am very pleased with the work product and the quickness of completion (5 weeks from start to finish).  The quality is excellent.
