Tyler, the plumber from Aqua, called us first thing that morning to say he was on his way. He arrived shortly after with his assistant, and he replaced the toilet wax wing with two rings. We also asked him to check the slow-draining sink in the main bath, which he snaked. He then made sure both the toilet and sink drain were working well. Megan from the office left a voicemail the other morning to check on things. The job went well from Megan's scheduling and "after-care" call to Tyler's work."
