"We selected Mike’s team to give us an estimate because his company was local (Harwich) and the one review on Angie’s list was highly encouraging. Mike Yeoman is the salesman and he made at least three trips to our property to measure and to review the project prior to presenting the estimate. Ken is the team’s carpenter/painter extraordinaire with years of experience and he is a perfectionist in all that he does. Craig is part of the painting crew and is a great worker too. The project started with power washing the house and deck.  John was in charge of this and the results were very good.  The cedar shingles had a heavy layer of mildew and I was amazed with the results of the power washing with only water as the cleaning agent. Next came a thorough scraping and sanding of all painted surfaces.  Then a primer coat and the finished coat were applied.  The job was neatly done and the team cleaned up and put their ladders and other tools out of sight each day. The replacement of the entry door was a work of art.  Ken insulated around the new door, installed flashing above the door, and installed lead under the threshold.  The old door rusted in an odd way and Ken wanted to do all he could to make sure water and rust would not be a problem for the new metal door. Mike’s team always arrived when they said they would.  If they expected to be delayed, they called to tell us and to confirm the change was acceptable. We are very pleased with the quality of their workmanship and the responsiveness of the team to all of our requests.  You will be delighted if you contract them to do your project."
