"Outstanding. James was patient, thorough, helped me find the problem, and walked me through how to fix it! I spent a total of $35 to fix a problem that I didn't know how to fix. "Justin was awesome! Arrived at time he said he would, was professional and friendly. Extremely good at his job. Fixed my oven door just like that. Told me how best to not have same thing happen again. Was in and out in less than 10 mins. He even helped me do a small task because I asked for quick advice on an unrelated problem I had. He actually did it for me. Also in under a minute. Dude was just that good. He’s a wonderful employee and represents his company Elite very well well. "On their first visit they were out quickly and gave a diagnostic of what the problems were. The guy (who was very nice) told me he would need to order parts and that he should have them in about five days. That was on January 17th. I gave the guy a $200 deposit and he left. I expected to hear back by the following week but I didn't. I finally called after about two weeks of not hearing anything and the woman who answered was very defensive. I told her that this should have already been taken care of, and that I gave a $200 deposit and she went on to say that they aren't crooks and that my money is safe... Regardless.. why am I the one having to call and figure this out? They should have called me to schedule a repair once they got their part in the mail. Finally on Feburary 12th the repair guy came back to finish the work. He was able to fix my gas range without any problems, but then told me that something was wrong with my Microwave - something he didn't see when he came out for the initial estimate, and that it would be more expensive to fix than to repair. He couldn't give a really solid explanation as to why - so I didn't believe him. I figured he probably ordered the wrong part and didn't want to admit to it and have to come back a third time, especially after having me wait as long as I did for him to finally come out. Glad I didn't take his word - because I called out a different repair company for a second opinion and they were able to fix the microwave for a reasonable cost."
