"The men who did the remodel were great. Even when they had to go back to the base to get shower doors because they were not in the materials. One stayed and did more while the other got the doors. The salesman was nice but wasnâ  t prepared with the materials he needed. I do like my shower though no more fear of falling, climbing over the tub."

"Mark and his crew gave excellent communication throughout our entire master bath remodel. They finished ahead of schedule and even a little under the price we were quoted. "Bath Fitters end product was fine...but had to comeback for a full second day to redo shower walls not installed quite right. No extra charge but took a day out of my life. I am pleased with the final result"

"It's only been a couple of weeks so it's hard to judge the quality and no further mentions of the free tablet offer BUT the installer did a great job! Daily clean up was excellent and job was done quickly and looks great. Sales did a very good job explaining the options. In a year if I take this survey again I would expect all 5's."

"They did an absolutely wonderful job, wish I had called around ... they replaced valve in my shower ... cost me almost 700.00 ... when I got estimates after the fact found it would have been at least 300.00 less. :("
