"While the actual workers were excellent, the communication between the "comfort specialist", the office coordinator and the men in the field was not good.   One person said the workers would be at our house at a certain day/time, they came the afternoon before and got started.  They said they would return in the morning,   but didn't. When I called the office I was told that we weren't on the schedule for that day, even though that was the day I was told they were coming originally.  After becoming quite upset with them on the phone they promised to be there the following day.  The men actually in the field doing the work are very good, they just need to get more organized with the communication from the office to the field.
