"My mother had a terrible experience. She spent over $700 and her washing machine was left not working. Do not use this repair company. Completely incompetent, completely unprofessional. Be very wary of this company. David said that he was recording my voice (without permission) and that if I or my siblings reported a negative review, he would sue me. Avoid this business. "

"The technician was punctual and arrived at or before the scheduled appointment time. He quoted me a price of $349 for the replacement of a compressor motor and said that he had to order the correct part. The following day he returned with the compressor motor and said that now the control board was also in need of replacement. A part which he just so happened to have with him when he arrived the second day. Rather ironic to say the least. The cost of the parts and service (which took him about a total of 1 hour to complete) was $494. Way too expensive, especially after seeing how much the parts actually cost online."
