"After receiving several quotes for our bathroom renovations project my husband and I decided to go with Creative Home Remodeling. Their quote was competitive and the project manager Ben Sviri made us feel comfortable that he really understood our vision and was capable of executing it for us. Upon starting with demolition all the way through the finished project it was smooth and done in a timely manner. There was some additional water damage that was found after demo which included extra work which was understandable. Ben worked with us on price and we were grateful that the work was being done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately our home was renovated by the previous owner and not done to standard or code. But we feel at ease now knowing the work done by Creative Home Remodeling was done efficiently. Each step of our reno was inspected and passed by the city. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly by Ben and I felt satisfied that he took great care to handle them. Overall the project took about 6 weeks even with the extra work that was needed. Each contractor that worked on each step of the reno was respectful of our home and efficient with their work. I was thoroughly impressed at the speed and care at which they worked each skill. From demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, paint, etc., it was all done wonderfully. The end project is a completely different bathroom and we love it so much. It turned out beautiful and we are so happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Creative Home Remodeling and plan on using them again for future projects."

"I got their name from a friend who was very happy with their kitchen remodel. I hired them to remodel a rental home. They ripped out the entire kitchen, removed two sliders and closed the opening and added large windows, replaced the entire floor throughout the house, remodeled the 2 bathrooms and fixed a leak in the roof that turned out to be a bigger fix than a quick patch. I was very happy with the entire job. David handled everything and was very communicative throughout the entire project. I travel a large amount for work and my biggest concern was to have to be involved in the project. Besides going to that has to check on the process the took care of the entire thing including receiving all of the new appliances. If you want a stress free , great job I would hire them in a heart beat."

"I did not fully know this about me, but I am the client from H***. However, Mr Gino and everyone at imperial remodeling went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. And I am a perfectionist; which does not exist, but no one could have gotten closer than these guys. "As my first venture into the world of remodeling, I wanted to start small. So, I decided to redo my guest bathroom. I reviewed and spoke with a number of contractors, but I hit the jackpot when I met with Dorel of IND Construction. From the initial interview to the proposal to the contract to the demolition through to the rebuild, Dorel, the project manager, always responded to my questions and concerns. The IND team (a shout out to Javier and his crew and Gina and the office staff) worked with Dorel's guidance to produce the best product possible (while all the time working with a forever barking dog). And, though there are still a few bits and pieces that need to be put in place to complete the bathroom, I've already started working with Dorel on my next project. Thank you IND and Dorel."

This is my second review of this company.  I continue to be very pleased with the quality of the work performed.   We have a dog and two cats. They shed large amounts of hair on the carpet and furniture.  Jared gets all the hair vacuumed off the floors, then vacuums the furniture and kitchen chairs. I am amazed at the amount of hair he is able to pick up with his vacuum.   He also does a fantastic job cleaning bathrooms, especially giving extra attention to the bathtubs and the tile. We have a recently remodeled bathroom with a new bathtub that had cracked grout along the top edge. It had already begun to grow mold and mildew. Jared surprised me by caulking along the cracked grout lines and cleaning it up so it looked brand new again. He did not charge me for the extra work.  Then he did the same thing in an older bathroom and again did not charge me for the extra labor. The bathrooms look great and I am always so pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail.  I will continue to use Kristina and Jared's Cleaning and Handyman Service bi-monthly.  Jared is professional, personable and serious about his work.  I am very happy with this company and highly recommend them.
