They took meticulous care with our property, including making it possible for our dog and toddler to continue to safely use the yard throughout construction, and cleaning dust and debris from the site daily. Their attention to detail was evident from the very beginning, when they cleaned up permit filing errors made by our previous contractor and engineer. They provided clear and accurate estimates and cost breakdowns. Their team showed up reliably 5 days a week (and sometimes Saturday’s!) and there was visible progress made every single day— it was clear they were moving along efficiently, and when Raul walked us through nuts and bolts of the process, we saw that he was doing the highest quality of work (even the company we eventually hired to maintain the pool commented on how well it was built!).
