"Gary brought his crew in on time as scheduled. Gary himself took care of the patching. Then his 2-man crew covered everything including floors and furniture with tarps. When they were done, they cleaned up everything. I did not see a drop of paint out of place and the ceiling was clean and professional. I'd hire Painting by Pros again. Gary kept his word with me. The only reason I gave a 'good' on the Responsiveness was we were not always getting a prompt response to our calls. But in Gary's defense, I would guess he is busy working in keeping his customers satisfied. :)"

"I thought their price was very good for what they did. I would give them the top grading. They were the best. They had people that were very nice and courteous. I had taken off the glass on the coffee tables but they took great care of the things that I had in the shelves. They took the responsibility of moving anything that had to be moved. They took pictures of how things were placed and put it exactly as to how it was before they started the work. Most of all, they moved the things that I could not have moved like the entertainment center, sofa, bed, dressers as they had to paint the walls. They moved my vacuum machine and vacuumed behind there which was not done for six years as I could not do it. When they were up on the ceiling I asked them if they could clean the fan blades which they did. They did it in a very good manner like they were glad to do that. I would put them on the top and say that I could not find a workman like them who were polite, accommodating and did such a good job. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. There was no problem to have them in the house. They were supposed to do the work on one day but they called me to say that they would come out to do some prep and would not start the painting. They had originally said that they would start the painting on that day but the good thing was that they stayed in contact with me."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"I contacted Ziggy about needing pressure washing services.  I emailed photos of the sidewalk and driveway and he sent me back a quote for the job.  When we were ready for the work to be done, I contacted Ziggy again and we set up a time.  Jon kept me updated with the specific schedule for the work, and throughout the work being performed.  Jon and Ziggy have been very professional and I would not hesitate to work with them again.  I plan to hire them for additional deck work and concrete staining in the very near future.  Jon provided an e-estimate and an e-invoice through quickbooks.
