"We had a pipe which rotted out underneath our house.  We discovered it in Sept 2014 but didn?t have the money to fix it until May 2015.  FlowRite honored the estimate they gave me.  An issue did arise where they were scheduled to show up but never did.  There was a breakdown in communication, however, the company did make an effort to compensate for the discrepancy.  I do feel they could have gone a little further, but my main concern was addressing the plumbing issue.  The second time scheduled the tech was on time and was very personable and hard working.  The job took a number of hours and he took the time to get it done right, and we have not had issues with the plumbing since this incident.  This company could benefit with better methods of communication.

"Chad Gillum, called 30 minutes before starting time, which I liked. He explained everything he was going to do. After he finished, areas that he cleaned looked clean. Chad said it'll take between 6 to 8 hours to dry. He was right on that. Very happy with the out come of everything. Thanks Chad."

"A&D Specialty Services is amazing! Doug, Dougie & Mike are our family now. We had original water damage upstairs that effected a huge area. They came the same day I called and setup everything to get us dried out. Their build back for that damage is amazing! It looks like we have a whole new house. Less than a week after we had original water damage our water heater expansion tank broke. So our water heater exploded (adding insult to injury). I called Dougie at like 2am and he got up, got his equipment and came to our house at 5 o'clock in the morning to come take care of the issue. He installed a new water heater took out the old water heater, and got everything squared away to dry out the basement. I refer them to everyone I know! They are always professional, very reliable and treat you like family. I will always go to them first for any service they can provide. Thank you for all you guys have done and continue to do!!!!"

"Went very well, right down to them cleaning our main floor hardwood from any possible dirt/residue from boots or equipment.  They cleaned it so well that the main entry foyer of the house was as slippery as an ice rink.  If I were to make any suggestion it would be to quit using whatever floor cleaning product that was and switch to one that doesn't leave the floor so slippery.

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
