Our last experience, included replacing several shingle tabs on our 20 year old roof that were lost from a recent Nor'easter. The technician, Andrew Hamilton, was courteous and professional. He replaced the missing tabs and serviced the remaining roof and evaluated its condition. All for a very reasonable price of less than $100. I cannot say enough good things about this company! For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process! In accordance with the contract, Keith and Company prepped all areas where indicated on both my front porch and the main flat roof. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home.
