They could've earned more stars by (1) sending a text message or email to confirm the appointment date/time that we'd agreed on over the phone; (2) coming on time for the appointment, or at least sending a status update about the ETA; (3) providing some instructions about when it's safe to go into the yard after having sprayed the chemicals, or when I can water the lawn next post-treatment -- I came outside to say hi and try to speak to the guy who came, but he never turned off the blower to say a word to me -- just sprayed then left; and (4) having a less confusing payment process (When I booked, they took my credit card info so I assumed it was pre-paid, but then got an invoice after the service had been completed, which gave the impression I was being double-billed -- they were quick to explain that they took my credit card info but never charged yet, so it wasn't a problem -- but the process could've been more efficient.)"
