However, when they found tha the upstairs toilet was leaking down to the basement floor with each flush, it was apparent that the toilet needed to be replaced. They were able to go get the new toilet and install it on the same day. Cost was reasonable. Works great! Highly recommend them!"

"I purchased a new shower faucet and cartridge for the repair. Donny told my wife and I to save on the new faucet and wait till we did some wall/tile repair if we were to remodel in the near future. It operates very well and no drips (bad for the Cat though!). We had additional savings when we returned the faucet to Menards. The cartridge was about $36-$39. We have used Randy Lane several times (maybe 5-7 times) and were quite satisfied. They have been our plumber of choice for several years. This was our first plumbing work completed by Donny.
