"Michelle and Shelly, confusing, I know, and they even sound alike on the telephone, are both fantastic. Michelle came to the house, brought samples and we sorted out all the details right then and there. I had two other highly reviewed carpet installers from Angies list come out to bid as well. They were both very competent and professional but could not come close to the Carpet Connection price and convenience. Basically I got stellar service via an in-home process without driving across town and saved three hundred dollars off the nearest bidder. The installation crew showed up early and rang the bell exactly on time. They hauled carpet up and down a tight staircase and never scratched the walls. Very professional installers and it looks fantastic. Nice attention to all the corners up there which was not easy with the multiple levels of floor and step ups and step downs. Shelly called me the day after instillation to make sure we were happy. Who does that anymore? So nice to get the best service for the best product and at the best price.

Had new carpet installed by Bob in April of 2016. He is very knowledgeable about all products and only recommended products after we discussed what I wanted. His time in the field showed with the professionalism and with the quality installation. He cleaned up after himself daily and informed me if the carpet seams weren't to my satisfactory that he would return if needed. Could not be happier with the finish product.

Had Laminate installed back in 2006 in my kitchen and entry areas and to this day still very satisfied.

Its nice to know someone that is still around in business and is NOT a fly by night contractor.

"I had originally gone to Lowe's and had them measure.  Before I had even picked out the carpeting from them, the installation alone was $1,500.  They never called me back, and 2 weeks went by after I left repeated messages.  Finally spoke to the manager.  I decided I was going with Lowe's.  Found Donny on Angie's list..  Donny told me that Lowe's extra measures and then charges one on the whole installation and at the end says - "oh!  sorry, but look you have a whole room extra!"  I told a relative of mine that, and she said, "Yeah, that's what Lowe's did to me 3 years ago, now that you mention it!"  I think it might be a trick of the carpet trade.
Donny let me choose my carpeting and we agreed on an installation Dec 1 after Thanksgiving.  He quoted me a price of $70 to have them move the furniture and $35 to remove and dispose of the old carpeting.  I couldn't believe that, so reasonable.  I think Lowe's charges $150 for furniture removal.  I also decided to go with tile in the kitchen and the entry way and garage entry.  Wow, Donny sent me to Emser Tile and with his discount we got a $15 porcelin tile for $2.35 a sq foot!  It was a close out and it is gorgeous.  Doug Kelly, from AAA Carpets unlimited and his crew installed the tile and the carpeting.  (see separate review for AAA Carpets Unlimited)  I could not believe how courteous, clean and efficient Doug and his whole crew were.  You could tell they were professionals who have worked together a while.  i was very fortunate to have them.
Get a quote from Lowe's or Home Depot and then call these guys.  Amazing.  Also I got Dupont  stain Master Carpet ing from Donny, where the other guys had all polyester carpeting that is 1/2 the quality.  I am so thankful I found this group
