"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

Him and the crew came out to the property the afternoon before the work was done so he could review the project once again with me and his crew.They demo'd our entire carport (wooden structure with asphalt shingles) and removed the driveway under it along with a sidewalk. The concrete was at least 5and quot; thick.They guys were quick and courteous and even noticed and repaired a sprinkler head that was broken during the demo. They made very sure that the lawn around the demo area was very clean and free of all debris afterwards.My engineer neighbor watched the whole process from his window and approved of their work. :)"

When it came time for the actual work, we set up a time and they even showed up early. The work was exactly what I wanted, and even though I didn't give him a real clear picture of the patio I'd hoped for, it is more than I'd even imagined. His crew was professional and got an okay from me for anything that varied from the original plan. I have to say, they really are great at what they do, and their experience shows. So far the garage floor, which had settled around all the edges, has been restored thanks to the mud jacking. Company offers a warranty. Good people to work for. Only advice would be to cover or remove all your items from the garage due to the cement dust."
