Suddenly, it got really cold and showed no signs of letting up, so I decided it was time to find someone ASAP. First call was to here, and I was a little nervous that he so casually took an appointment by phone, but he showed up on time, came in under his estimate ($60 estimate/$45 actual payment), and was very nice to my wife.
