"I am having a truly unpleasant experience with 7th State Builders. I paid 14,450.00$ deposit in good faith. They were contracted to rebuild my deck, place a roof structure and screen on the deck. I trusted that they would complete the work. Instead, they took my money and one year later had not even started on the project. Not only did they fail to perform the agreed-upon services for the deck, but I was forced to hire an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Which I haven?t yet (over one year). Thus, creating unnecessary expenses to an already frustrating situation. I would strongly advise against using this company. "East Coast Concrete LLC has serious difficulty communicating with customers and completing the job. I hired them to install 2 patios and demo a portion of my back porch. I have reached out several times via text, for Jack to come look at cracks in the stamped concrete and foundation. A gloss sealer was supposted be applied, but was not. I was texted twice by Jack that he would stop by. Never happened. I filed a complaint to BBB, through which we communicated. His response to the complaint was, "We weren't aware of the customers concern." I responded with screen shots of the texts I sent to Jack showing communication between us. Jack's response stated the number in the complaint was not his. He provided the number to me the day I signed the contract. I am 4 months into a 12 month warranty with no resolution. All I want is a refund for the cost of the sealer. My next step is to contact my lawyer. Look elsewhere for a company with better communication and work ethic. "

"Had windows and doors installed by this company. The window installation went great. The bad news is that they do not seem competent at installing door hardware. My door has not latched properly since they made some unwanted modifications to the hardware (it worked perfectly before they started modifying it).have had them out three separate times to fix the issue they caused with the door latch and lock. Every “fix” they do seems to make the problem worse. I would steer clear of this company for door installations."

We told them we were concerned about our exposure to silica, a cause of potentially fatal silicosis, and they said they “did not care.” We have been breathing it in for days and they have not been using water, air monitoring or any other steps to minimize hazards. The dust has spread across a dust loaded with children."

These windows are difficult to find a replacement but he was able to repair and repaint them. The other technician was Pablo He worked on caulking all the windows around the house and he did some filling work on the garage sliding doors You did a good job, but Pablo left his trash around and didn’t pick up after himself so Thomas M and I did that on the third day. It took three days total, but it was two men for two days and one man for a 3/4 of a day actually. Although I’ll probably get charged for a full day, since it went past noon. The labor portion is the most expensive and a little higher than I initially anticipated. So, I was hoping for a quicker turnaround, but overall quality work was completed. I would highly recommend Thomas M as a technician to do future work. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and does a great job. I would hire again but include more details in the contract language."
