"We wanted to install a tiled kitchen backsplash to protect the wall near the stove from splatters but also to improve the appearance of the kitchen. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

After multiple attempts trying to get a contractor to repair a second-story deck that was leaking into the extension below, we were at our wit's end. Contractors would give an estimate and then stop responding. Ana's amazing professionalism was another story. From her prompt initial estimate, which was competitively priced, to having to adapt to additional issues that were discovered during the repair, to her unparalleled attention to detail ensuring everything met her impeccable standards, Ana and CR Home Improvement did everything in their power to make sure we knew what to expect every step of the way and that we were fully on board with all needed repairs. We never had to wonder about what was going on, because Ana was incredibly proactive in communication and stopped by regularly to check on progress and address any issues as soon as they arose. During their work, we discovered that our electric panel was not sufficient. While no one wants to discover additional things that need to be addressed during repairs, we thoroughly appreciated Ana's transparency in laying out options for how we could proceed. After talking through options, Ana coordinated everything with the electrician and obtained the proper permits to complete the heavy up. In summary, while home repairs can be stressful, Ana and her team clearly and constantly communicated and showed great pride in their work. We highly recommend the company and will be definitely be using them in the future!"
