"We had a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We called RIBA Construction in for a repair estimate. HB (their estimator) inspected our roof and found a hole where a branch had fallen and poked a deep gash through the tiles, at a valley between two slants in the roof. The painted area on the ceiling of the master bedroom had puckered and split, so it needed to be refinished & repainted. There was another area in our house by a window in another window where the paint had warped that we asked HB to give us an estimate for. He examined our window frame, inside and out and told us that the window frame was no longer level underneath the vinyl siding and the wood in the corner of the window was damp and he recommended that it should be repaired. Repair of a section of roof tiles: $300 Repair of a window underneath vinyl siding: $400 Refinishing & painting of ceiling & wall by window corner: $350 Each of these three tasks was performed by different repair men on different days. The estimate and the three repairs were all scheduled promptly and with clear warning as to when they would arrive. All of the work appears to have been done well and handled professionally. We would recommend them to anyone who need one or all of these the three services that they performed."

"Perfect. I scheduled an appointment on the Angi app, and Mike came on time. He thoroughly reviewed the damaged siding on our initial visit. The original siding around our carport had a cap over the top that fell away, and the team came up with a different way to attach the siding so that problem wouldn't happen again. The crew arrived on time on the repair day, completed the task, and reviewed it with me before leaving. They provided excellent communication and service throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for future remodeling needs!"

Widman Calderon was well organized and knowledgeable about the process and the selection of the roofing materials. He kept us informed of each step of the process and their craftsmanship is superior. "The pricing from Krause Construction was higher than competitors but I felt confident they were the best company to complete the jobs to my satisfaction and with a high quality of craftsmanship. I had two projects completed by Krause Construction - (1) redesigning rain runoff pipes and (2) covering patio posts and covering step facing with weather resistant material. Both jobs were done professionally with a very satisfying outcome. Troy and his staff did a fantastic job on the rain runoff pipe project. He explained every step of the job and was onsite the entire time while the job was being done. I had complete in his team to complete the project with a much more efficient design than what I initially had. 
The second job (covering patio posts and stair facing) was also completed to my satisfaction. I was not on the property to consult with the workers on how the work would be accomplished but was satisfied with the outcome. There were a couple areas that I asked the workers to redo and they responded quickly to my requests. I also asked that the worker return to the property to answer a couple questions pertaining to how they completed the job and he took the time to come by the same morning (on a weekend) to explain why he completed the project the way he did. He was very professional and provided a very concise explanation to my questions.
I have asked Troy to provide another estimate for landscaping work. Office and labor staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful during the course of both projects. They were very prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions.Both projects were completed with minimal disruption of property and they always left the job site picked up each night until the job was completed.

"The roof was replaced in a day and the gutters the next. The crew was in and out and all the interactions we had were pleasant on professional. We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. Everything went mostly according to plan other than needing to shift schedule due to weather. I would recommend their services to anyone."

"Tomas M from JW did a great job. Needed replacement for part of the frame of front door. He did a fantastic job in matching the replacement panel to the rest of door. He also painted the entire frame and replaced some additional wood that we damaged at top of frame and caulked it all. Also had a basement door frame sanded and repainted. "Ran into a couple of PHR guys at a "home show". We have had an estimate from a few years back but other projects and covid got in the way. PHR sent out their sales rep, Matt, and he gave us a review of services and estimated the cost. Whole home reside, new soffits, new facsia, new gutters (upgraded to 5 inch). After almost 30 years...the siding was looking sad. Also, the way our house was built, you could hear neighbors dropping change in their driveway. The rep showed us the foam backed siding and we went with the 6 inch flat to change the look of our 4 inch home depot builder grade siding. CJ contacted us and came out with the final measurements. Re-calculated the estimate and came up with a $500 savings for us. cool. Two weeks later Gustavo showed up with his crew and started work taking off siding, putting up a moisture barrier and residing the house. I pointed out a couple of cables that I needed saved if possible and the old UHF antenna that could be removed. The crew worked from 7am to 6:30PM and spent another half hour cleaning up around the house. They did this 3 days straight and finished the siding, soffits and fascia by 6pm on the 3rd day. Everything looked AWESOME!!! A major upgrade for the house. The next day the gutter crew showed up and put seamless gutters up in a few hours and even added another downspout where the builder cheaped out and put only 1 down spout in the back of the house. The entire project took 4 days and the crews cleaned up everyday at the end of the day. We could not be happier with the results. We have gotten quite few positive comments from the neighbors. it looks like a brand new house! (on the outside at least :-) ) Some notes: Communication was constant, consistent throughout the process. Pricing, when you see the quality of the product they are putting up compared to the cheap builder grade they are taking off....you realize you get what you pay for. Sound! OMG! My house is quiet now!!!! I cannot hear every little thing that happens on the street or behind us. It is transformative!!! Professional....the crews were all business and worked all day. The trim work is very detailed and tight. They brought things to my attention that I had forgotten about , speakers in the soffits (forgot about them...but they are hooked back up now :-), ethernet cabling I ran to the second floor (wireless was not a thing in the 90's). Sales process: You will see a lot of negative comments about their sales motion, it is what it is. If you are just kicking tires with no intent to buy....it will be frustrating for you. But, if you are seriously looking to have work done, you appreciated the detail and time they take explaining the entire process. Financing: We qualified for a HUGE chunk of financing, in the end, we paid for the job upon completion and walk through. The interest rate was higher than I liked but if needed it was there. When we informed PHR we would be cutting a check, they canceled the financing immediately. No questions asked. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I will admit, I was worried about how the project would go after reading some of these reviews and I am pleased it went very well. I would recommend PHR in heart beat."
