I called several based on their Angies List reviews. John answered my call, and gave me an approximate time when he could be here. He called later to give me an update on his arrival time. Upon arrival, John proceeded to diagnose the problem. He provided me the pricing in advance. He spent quite a bit of time diagnosing, pointing out some other things, tightening up some other connections, etc. He found the problem and fixed the wiring in the box, and explained to me what was wrong. "From the start of the project of the response, time of less than 15 minutes of receiving a phone call, The tech, Steve Unger, was here within a few hours and was able to get my AC unit temporarily running to get me through the week until we could schedule a replacement. Steve was amazing.! then I was greeted with a visit with Manny who sold me on the value of HL Bowman partnering unit with Home Depot made by Honeywell. It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo.
