We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. "Suburban Home Services repaired a bedroom and two ceilings that were destroyed by a leaky roof. He also cleaned antique furniture which was in the room and full of mold. It looks new. Mitch replaced the two ceilings and added n ew fixtures. Suburban home Services is on time and works a full day. He is also reasonably priced.He does a great job."
