"I am extremely pleased with the work done by Carriage House.  The furniture was collected from an apartment, initially to be refurnished, but after further examination it was determined that the pieces needed to be refinished.  The work was completed in the time established and was then delivered to my home.  The 2 dressers and nightstand look beautiful, I couldn't be happier.  Diane and her staff did an outstanding job - I would highly recommend Carriage House!!!

"This company was great. When hiring contractors it often feels like trying to solve a mystery about everything from price, to timeline, to how to get them on the phone. Not the case with this company! Phil came out explained exactly what the coats would be for each piece of the job from repair through restoration after we had flooding. The price was very reasonable and work for started right away. When an unexpected issue came up that had to be addressed before repairs could continue, we were given multiple options at different price points to fix it. At no time were decision points made into high pressure sales pitches. Our contractor Jose was reliable, professional, and respectful of our home. Bonnie who worked with scheduling the work was easy to reach whenever we needed. Hopefully I never have issues in my basement again but I would hire basement gurus without hesitation if I did."

Since it wasn't exactly a large project, either no one would return my call, or they wanted to charge way more than it was worth. Wally and his team were great to work with -- professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. Excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was done within the timeframe he estimated, as well as within budget. Wally is very knowledgable and quickly gained our trust. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. "I highly recommend Bryan's Home Improvement and Handyman Services. The owner Bryan Grubb was wonderful. He and his staff assisted me in every stage of the remodeling of my bathroom. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. We have used his services ranging from simple flooring/painting jobs, to remodeling our kitchen, and restoring our finished basement following damage from a burst water heater. He’s also built custom doors for us in areas where a standard door would not fit in basement storage areas. Everyone that has seen our home has been so impressed by the quality of his work. "Suburban Home Services repaired a bedroom and two ceilings that were destroyed by a leaky roof. He also cleaned antique furniture which was in the room and full of mold. It looks new. Mitch replaced the two ceilings and added n ew fixtures. Suburban home Services is on time and works a full day. He is also reasonably priced.He does a great job."
