"The scheduling was extremely easy and fast - they were scheduled the same week I contacted them. They arrive within the window stated and completed the job in the same window. The gentlemen were very professional and curious, leaving my fireplace cleaner than when they arrived. The chimney was extremely dirty with soot and they cleaned it out and it now draws better than ever before. They did recommend one fix to the fireplace which we will do if we decide to keep the wood-burning fireplace and not replace it with gas (which we are considering). We will use this company to service our chimney going forward and would highly recommend them."

"We were told we needed to have some bricks on our chimney replaced from a couple other masonry folks. I called Chris to get a quote for the work. When he arrived he explained why that would be a waste of money because the design of the chimney was the problem. Instead Chris suggested we do a few things to extend the life of our chimney for another 5-10 years (with detailed instructions so we could do the work) and replace the full chimney after that with a design that fits or Northwest climate. We will definitely be calling Chris for any work in the future!"

"Contacted Mr. Voigt on the phone and received a service date and estimate based on my description of the work I wanted done. As they were very busy they showed up on the agreed date about 10 days later and actually a little early. John and his assistant inspected the fireplaces and chimneys then proceeded to clean them. They partially disassembled the fireplace insert fire bricks and cleaned everything. After looking over the basement fireplace they determined it did not require service due to none use. They left absolutely no mess even bringing glass cleaner cream (the correct method) for cleaning the fireplace insert class but did not need it as I had already cleaned it prior to their arrival. <br /> Anyway in the end they adjusted the price down because of the downstairs not needing service and offered to bring out some replacement bricks for the four cracked ones in the insert unit plus a rain cap for the one chimney flu that does not have one. <br /> Good professional service and reasonable pricing while offering options for additional service without pressure. <br />"

"I had many options and colors to pick from for my new roof and one that fit my budget. The crew arrived early and got busy, the job was done very professionally. All of the debris was placed in a bin and removed at the end of the job. The cleanup was if they had not been here. The price was very fair, I got several estimates and their bid was not the lowest or the highest. I am very pleased with the outcome and have a 30-year warranty that is transferable should I at some point decide to sell my home. I have had no problems with the new roof of any kind but know if I did I could count on Chet's Roofing to be there for me. Great Company and great customer service."

"Excellent results! Very pleased with the entire experience. The OSB was replaced with CDX plywood, felt paper was replaced with ice and rain underlayment (because the repair area was beneath an eave gutter), and the new shingles match the old both in color and style. Tim showed up on time, with all the necessary materials and got to work. Early on he determined an adjacent area of OSB would need to be replaced. But he had planned for more materials just in case so this wasn't a problem. He exercised good safety practices which I appreciated given how steep the roof is. He was always polite, respectful of my property, and attentive to my questions. The work was completed in the timeframe quoted. He picked up and cleaned such that you wouldn't have known anything had happened in the area much less a roof repair. It's been a week and lots of rain and no leaks. A+ work!"
