"With many roofing companies as possible options for our roof replacement selecting a contractor can be challenging. Patriot Roofing performed all aspects of the project flawlessly. Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. Patriot Roofing met and exceeded all of our expectations."

"I found Angelo after meeting with several roofers after discovering a leak in our old roof. We did a walk through and he provided me a detailed analysis of what was happening with the low pitched roof and why we were getting water intrusion. He was transparent about pricing throughout the process and did not low ball the estimate. From materials ordering to removal and replacement of the roof his team was efficient; in and out within a week. Quite impressive. All of his team supporting the roof, Carlos and others were professional and thorough. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Angelo shared he was a fourth generation roofer and his experienced showed! Very happy with the outcome. "

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Silverdale, WA

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
