Overall the experience was good. The person showed up on time ready to complete the list I had sent ahead of time. He was courteous, respectful of my home, and completed the work quickly-- so quickly I wish I had added a couple more items to the task list! My only complaint is the drywall patch does not look good, so I'll have to try and fix that myself.

they were solid.  liked the guy who came out.  he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.

"Job did not go well. The two guys were very courteous, but not experience with house siding. The chimney was clad in same siding as house horizontal 6 inch cedar. They didnt put the new siding on level or even uniform spacing. Left gaps in the structure that would have caused water damage. The owner refunded part of our money.
