"1. Mr. Mark Kite came right away to review our repairs project.  His estimate was timely and very fair. <br /> 2. Mark is extremely reliable.  He arrived on the days he said and completed the work as quickly as possible, due to concrete needing to cure and also for adhesives and paint to dry elsewhere.   <br /> 3. Mark is a tidy worker, the job site each day was very clean during his projects and as he left for the day.  We're particularly grateful that his concrete work didn't create a mess in the yard or leave behind any excess.   <br /> 4. "The rotting door frame looks great...they discovered more rotting wood when they got into it and replaced that as well. They sealed all the areas and repainted the frame so it looks like new. As for the floor, Steve quoted a 'worst case' scenario, and once into the job, found it wouldn't be the worst case (hooray). He and his team replaced the floor, sub-floor and put down the tile, grouted and added got everything wrapped up quickly. <br /> I was impressed on the first day: Steve outlined the plan to his crew and they got right to work - one person on the door frame and the other two on the bathroom. Within 45 minutes, the tile was off the floor and they showed me the extent of the rot in the bathroom...same for the door. <br /> They were here for 4.5 hours on the first day and a 90 minutes on the second day - quick, efficient and complete. <br /> I'll add that Steve was very personable, professional and helped me to understand the back-story behind the repairs. I will gladly recommend Steve to anyone that asks (I come across folks needing repairs), and we will use him again. <br />"

"A neighbor referred me to Michael Greene. After is saw how my neighbors dog stayed in his yard and out of the flower beds I was sold. I called Michael and made a appointment for him to come and meet my dog and walk around my yard. He listened to what I wanted to do and made a suggestion that I agreed to. He gave me a written quote that I accepted. He made a appointment for a few days later and showed up on time and proceeded to install the fence. He then placed flags around my yard and explained how he would train my dog Tiger. In a short period of time he had Tiger understanding where the fence was. He follow up with the training and in about a week I felt Tiger understood the system and was free to run in the yard."
