He was kind enough to let me "tag along" to ask questions so that I could fully understand the nature of anything that needed repairing to the house. His report was very detailed and easy to read. I appreciated that he included pictures which was a nice reminder as to exactly what we needed to do if anything needed fixing. The date of service is approximate because I've had issues with my computer using my account. I did hire him again a year later and was very satisfied as I was the first time around."

I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."
